Home Clearing
Homes hold more than furniture and memory. They can carry the imprint of transition, grief, conflict, illness, change, new beginnings, and everything that has moved through them over time. A Home Clearing + Illumination creates intentional space to tend what feels heavy, unsettled, or ready to shift so the home can feel more like itself again.
Some spaces ask to be tended
Susan approaches each home as its own living environment. She begins by sensing what is present, then works intuitively with prayer, energy clearing, crystals, altar, sound, and other practices as they are called for. The clearing is shaped around the home itself and the people who live there, with care for what has been, what is changing, and what wants to be welcomed in.

How
Home Clearing & Illumination Unfolds
After your starting deposit is received, Susan meets with you to learn about the home, what has been happening there, and what you are hoping to tend or shift. This conversation also helps determine the scope of the clearing and whether any additional elements are needed.
We begin with a clarity call:
On the day of the clearing, Susan begins by sensing the home as it is. She moves through the space intuitively, paying attention to where energy feels settled, disrupted, heavy, or particularly alive. From there, the clearing takes its own shape.
Susan Meets the Space:
Susan works throughout the home with the practices that feel appropriate for that space. The process may include energy clearing, prayer, crystals, altar work, sound, and other ceremonial elements. The intention is to leave the home feeling tended, coherent, and ready for what comes next.

The process begins with a $555 starting deposit. After booking, Susan will schedule a clarity call to learn more about your home and determine the scope of the clearing. Any additional elements or costs will be discussed and agreed upon before the clearing takes place.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It is not necessary however you and Susan will discuss what is best for the experience during your clarity call.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE CLEARING?
Most clearings are approximately three hours, though the timing depends on the size and needs of the space. Susan will talk through this with you during your clarity call.
HOW LONG DOES A CLEARING TAKE?
No. People may choose a clearing after a difficult season, during a move or transition, or simply because the home feels ready for renewed intention. You do not need to identify a problem before reaching out.
DOES SOMETHING HAVE TO BE “WRONG” WITH MY HOME?
There is room for life to change. If you need to pause, shift the rhythm, or step away from mentorship, we can talk about what is happening and find the most respectful way to close or adjust our work together. We’ll clarify the practical details and any policies before you begin.
WHAT DOES SUSAN USE DURING A CLEARING?
It is an intentional energetic tending of your home. Susan works with the space as a whole, sensing what may be ready to clear, settle, or change and bringing in practices that support a renewed relationship with the home.
